Meet Information

Age group of competitors for the Championships is the age as at the first day of competition (i.e. Saturday 6th August 2011). Athletes cannot swim ‘up’ an age in individual events.

Qualifying times can be used as of 1st January 2010.
The ONLY event where times from non-qualifying meets, including club nights and club championships, may be used are for all 8,9 & 10 years old events the 100m IM for all age groups. Nominations using non-qualifying times must be submitted using the Manual Entry Form by 5PM Monday 25th July.

Qualifying times for all other events must have been swum at a qualifying meet (either short course or long course) prior to the nominations closing date (25/07/2011).

Converted long course times and entries with no times or NT will not be accepted.

Swimmers must be ACTIVE/FINANCIAL members in ClubsOnline to complete their nomination - ensure you have registered for the 2011-12 season by following these instructions.

Nominations MUST be submitted using the EventsOnline nomination portal, except for nominations using time trials times or club night times (as per the exceptions above). Nominations for these events must be used using this Manual Entry Form. Instructions on how to use EventsOnline can be found here.
