Meet Information

Warm-up: 8.00am  Start: 8.30am  Expected finish: 4.30pm approximately

Students need to be 19 years or younger by 31 December, 2011 and be enrolled in an affiliated Met West School. Prior to trialling, students must hand completed forms to their district manager, including

• parent consent form
• principal approval form
• student details/medical history form.

Competitors are not required to meet a qualifying standard to compete at these trials, however they should be made aware of both the Metropolitan West Qualifying Guide and the State Qualifying Standards.

It is important that each competitor nominates their qualifying time, as all events will be seeded based on submitted times. Places will be determined by times across the heats as no finals will be swum.

How to Enter 

Students can only nominate to attend these trials through their school sports coordinator and / or their relevant district team. Nominations outside of this process will not be accepted. Each district may nominate up to 5 athletes per event.
