How to register

Membership fees are used for the basic operation of the club. They pay for registration fees with BSA/SQ affiliation, registration, insurance, trophies, pool lease, stationery etc. Applications for membership must be made on the Club Membership Form and forwarded to the Treasurer with the correct membership fee.
 

A club shirt is included as part of this year’s membership. You will need to nominate your shirt size at sign-on.

Instructions:

1. Download and complete the 2011/12 Membership Registration form
2. Download and complete the 2011/12 Medical and Photo Disclaimer form
3. Transfer payment to the JHSC Bank account as shown below (payment amounts are shown on the form)
4. Either scan and email the form to the JHSC Treasurer or drop the completed form in the box at the pool
5. Email payment receipt or receipt number and date to the JHSC Treasurer (treasurer@jhswimclub.com)

Eligibility 

Squad membership is open to all persons of any age provided they can swim 25m of each stroke unaided at the Coach's discretion.

• Only financial members will be allowed to swim at Squad Training and Club Meets.
   
• Free membership to Jamboree Heights Swimming Club, BSA and Swimming Queensland is offered to parents of registered swimmers. This ensures you are covered by insurance when volunteering.
