General Club Meetings

Held at the Pool on the first Tuesday of each month during Spring & Summer Terms, starting at 7:30pm.  All parents and senior swimmers are welcome to attend to discuss Club business and relevant issues.  

Management Committes Meetings 

Held each month, generally on the third Tuesday of the month.

The Club Newsletter

Circulated via email frequently during the active swimming season (Spring & Summer Terms) and monthly during the off-season.  Further information on events to be held during the season is included in the Club Meet Calendar located in the centre of this handbook. Please contact Alison Hirini at macamika@optusnet.com.au if you do not receive an email newsletter but would like to.

Notice to All Parents

As a community club we rely on the parents of swimmers to assist with a range of jobs in the club.  These include setting up and packing away on Saturday mornings, Friday evenings and at carnivals, canteen servery, help at BBQ, timekeeping, marshalling, as well as tasks required away from the pool from time to time.  We also appreciate help at our two working bees – please refer to the Club Meet Calendar in the centre of this handbook.

In order that the swimmers enjoy the full benefits of an active and well run club, ALL parents should make themselves available to assist wherever possible.
