There is a new online nomination process for all BSA and QSA events. To access this system all swimmers interested in swimming in these events will need to have paid their membership fees for the 2011/2012 season enabling them to be affiliated with Swimming Qld.

There are a number of events coming up shortly where the self-nomination process needs to be accessed, the first being the Brisbane Short Course Championships on August 6th & 7th.

Membership forms and payment receipts MUST be received by Thursday 21st July (for the Brisbane Short Course Championships) and by Thursday 11th August (for the Queensland Short Course Championships) to enable us to process your membership in time for the close of nominations.

Instructions (if you wish to nominate for Brisbane or Queensland Short Course Championships):

1. Download and complete the 2011/12 membership form
2. Transfer payment to the JHSC Bank account as shown below (payment amounts are shown on the form)
3. Either scan and email the form to the JHSC Treasurer or drop the completed form in the box at the pool
4. Email payment receipt or receipt number and date to the JHSC Treasurer (treasurer@jhswimclub.com)
